Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are
not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following terms
and conditions

You have

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Certain items are non-returnable and final sale, including but not
limited to:

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps

Contact our customer service team at sales@premiumgraphicx.com to request a
return authorization.

Package the item securely and include your original packing slip or
order number

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return (This
can take up to 7 business days to process)
and let you know once the refund is approved. Once approved,
you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within
10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process and post the refund, too.

All custom-printed, personalized, or made-to-order items are not
eligible for return or exchange.
This includes, but is not limited to, yard
signs and
any other products produced according to customer-provided artwork,
specifications, or proof approvals. Due to the individualized nature of
these items, all sales on custom orders are final.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs
and order details prior to production.
Once production has begun, cancellations, returns, or refunds cannot be
issued for any custom items.
